The primary objectives of BGIC are to:

Assist and promote the financial welfare of the disadvantaged people from Fiji on a monthly basis, mainly through the collection and distribution of Zakaat;
Construct and/or seek assistance in the provision of a suitable multicultural aged care services and/or facility.
